http://timestop.zenfolio.comI had to slowly creep up for 30 mins along the shore of the lake to get this shot of a Blue Heron. Bright overcast fog amidst ongoing drizzling rain drove my meter crazy. Thank goodness for the weather seals on my camera. Set up the shot, the bird eventually took off got this killer shot.
Had to crop the shot like crazy. I think I need a 600mm f4 Nikon lens which is the price of a small car and weighs 10 pounds. It will have to wait I think...
