Photos and texts by Pascal Sauvé (Kitchener, Ontario)
http://timestop.zenfolio.comI could not sleep a wink the night before. I was so excited.
Although there hasn't been a hard frost yet to help produce the vivid reds on the autumn leaves, I was willing to settle for the rest of the colour gamut available to me.
I keep running into some local greats in terms of photography on the Homer Watson lookout - David Bebee in 2008 and now in 2011: Karen Von Knobloch.
Her work (whom I've been aware of for years) is clean and crisp - I love it. I tagged along and explored the Homer Watson overlook on the Grand River and Huron Natural Area.
So I tried to combine fog and reflections for the first time in my annual harvest. But i'm pretty chuffed about my own results.
To me, autumn is candy for the soul through the eyes. Enjoy !
