After nearly 2 weeks of the most dreary and wet weather around this region, a windless and beautiful Saturday morning afforded but a narrow chance to capture the fall colours of 2009 around the Homer Watson Park area near the Grand River in Kitchener.

Full, rich vividly couloured leaves against a deep blue sky made for my best harvest of colours of yet.
